The Leesburg Industrial Park is located on Route 771/South Fairfield Street. The park is 15 miles from US-35 and 19 miles from Interstate 71.
The Leesburg Industrial Park is situated centrally among Dayton, Columbus, and Cincinnati, Ohio. The Dayton International Airport (DAY) is 65 miles from the site, the John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH) is 70 miles, and the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) is 74 miles from the Leesburg Industrial Park.

Pike Natural Gas Company is the natural gas provider for the Leesburg Industrial Park. Natural gas service is available to the site via a 4 inch medium pressure main. The main is located in the industrial park.
South Central Power Company serves the Leesburg Industrial Park and can currently supply the site with up to 3 MW with no infrastructure upgrades. Existing three phase lines are located along the south side of the park. Primary voltage is 7200/12470 volts three phase, and secondary voltage is in the normal 120-480 range.
The Village of Leesburg provides water to the Leesburg Industrial Park. The site is served from the north by a 10 inch water main along SR 771. The interior of the site is served by 8 inch water lines with fire hydrants. The site can be served with up to .247 MGD with no infrastructure upgrades.
Sewer service at the Leesburg Industrial Park is provided by the Village of Leesburg. The site has 8 inch gravity sewers which drain to a pump station built specifically to serve the property. The pump station transports wastewater through a 4 inch force main to an existing 6 inch force main along SR 771. Up to .205 MGD wastewater capacity is available at the site.
Telecom and Fiber are provided by Spectrum with ethernet over fiber bandwidths of 5Mb – 10 Gb to the site.
